Woodend is a nineteenth century, picturesque farm cottage. Situated in the beautiful Ayrshire countryside in the heart of Burns country with the River Ayr Walk on the doorstep. Woodend is set in mature gardens, and surrounded by fields, on the outskirts of the small village of Failford. Failford is less than ten miles from the coastal town of Ayr.
If required, fishing permits can be arranged and packed lunches can be organised with prior notice. Evening meals can be arranged.
Woodend is wheelchair accessible.
We are dog friendly and have dogs of our own.

There are three double bedrooms available for guests.
All three bedrooms have en-suite facilities.
We have a separate resident's lounge area with a selection of books, games jigsaw puzzles, dvds and videos to keep all amused.
We are dog friendly but would appreciate being informed .
Full, healthy breakfasts are served, with fresh fruit and homemade preserves made from local and home grown produce.
Woodend is located just outside the village of Failford (on the Mauchline side of the village) on the B743 between Ayr (9 miles) and Mauchline (2 miles).
