The Ardyne is situated in a prominent position on the seafront, five minutes by car from the main ferry, or a leisurely stroll for those leaving their cars at home.
Our comfortable guest house is an elegant listed Victorian Villa designed by John Orkney in 1875 and its importance is recognised by Historic Scotland.
Its setting within well tended gardens create an ideal ambiance for a relaxing break and its spectacular views across Rothesay Bay to the Cowal Hills and the Kyles of Bute are unsurpassed.
We have 16 en-suite bedrooms, a relaxing lounge with feature fireplace and a cosy bar. Our dining room enjoys the magnificent views and our menus always feature fresh local produce. Meals are complemented by a fine selection of wines, beers and malt whiskies.

The Ardyne is a beautiful Victorian Villa Hotel and many original features have been retained to add to the authentic atmosphere. 
Our Bedrooms are all en-suite and are furnished in a comfortable style with traditional soft furnishings and crisp white bed linen.
If you choose a Sea View room you will have amazing views of Rothesay Bay and the Cowal hills beyond.

Restaurant
Our restaurant as well as catering to resident guests is also available for small weddings and functions. Our chef uses local produce wherever possible and dinner reservations do need to be made in advance. We are happy to cater for those with special diets and we always have a choice of vegetarian food on our menus.
