Tamarind is a large ranch style bungalow in a quiet residential area close to Kilmarnock's town centre. We offer comfort and style with that personal touch to make your stay with us an experience to remember.  All of our rooms have en-suite facilities, televisions, etc. We offer single, twin and family rooms at prices starting from £20 per person.

Tamarind finds favour with businessmen and international travellers. Ample parking is available at the front of the house.

Breakfast is traditional, but if you would like a full Scottish breakfast (i.e. porridge), this can also be catered for.

Available from 7.30 - 8.30am or earlier at special request. We also have an indoor pool which is heated in the summer months.
 

Things to Do
Tamarind is the ideal centre for your visit to the beautiful county of Ayrshire.

Within the town itself, Dean Castle Country Park is only a stone's throw away. As well as being of historic interest, it has a wildlife centre, a nature trail, a tourist information centre and a cafe.

Ayrshire is golf country and Tamarind is within easy reach  of some of the world's most famous links courses such as Turnberry, Royal Troon, Old Prestwick and Western Gailes.

The City of Glasgow offers shopping, theatres, museums, art galleries and, of course, a friendly Scottish welcome.
