South House has one double room and one twin room, both on the ground floor. They are en-suite with central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, Hair Dryer, colour TV and video.
There are armchairs and coffee tables in both spacious rooms, which look out onto the gardens and trees beyond and are quiet and peaceful.
There is ample parking in the grounds of the house.
We ask our guests not to smoke indoors at South House.
Breakfast
Choose from porridge, a range of cereals, fresh fruit, melon, fruit juices and yoghurts. Follow with a cooked breakfast and toast, wholemeal or white, with jams or marmalade and your choice from a variety of teas or ground coffee.
Alternatively have a lighter continental breakfast.
Please mention when you arrive if you would like a Vegetarian breakfast.
GARDENS
Our garden extends to 3/4 acre, bordered by the Ceres burn and all but surrounded by trees.
There is a waterfall at the top of the garden where herons can often be seen fishing. There are otters in the burn and deer to be spotted in the surrounding area.
Guests are welcome to walk or sit in the garden which is sheltered and peaceful.
