We live in a peaceful rural situation surrounded by farmland yet only 10 minutes away from the attractive county town of Perth.

We offer very comfortable B and B in two double bedded rooms one with shower and WC ensuite and the other with bath, shower and WC ensuite. Both rooms are provided with television, hair dryer and tea and coffee making facilities. We are very well situated for many places of interest, eating houses and sporting facilities and can supply all the relevant information and offer help where needed including the facility to allow you to purchase golf tickets for the local courses by prior arrangement at a very reasonable rate.

 It is our aim to make your stay with us an enjoyable experience so to that end we endeavour to create a friendly atmosphere and at the same time maintain high standards.
