This 300 acre mixed arable farm is situated on the A9 six miles north of Perth. |
Accommodation in the B&B comprises twin ensuite room, double ensuite room & family room with private bathroom.
The farmhouse is centrally heated with a traditional coal fire in the lounge. Every endeavour is made to ensure the guests are comfortable however long or short their stay. |
Situated in an area known as "The Gateway to the Highlands" the farm is ideally places for those seeking some of the best unspoilt scenery in Western Europe.

Additional accommodation is available in the modern cottage next to the farmhouse. This cottage is independent of the B&B and offers the opportunity for self catering provision.
Camping cabins in the farm's orchard provide a luxury camping experience on a small private site. There are four sheilings with an adjacent toilet / shower room and utility area.
FARMHOUSE B&B
Having had a comfortable night in friendly surroundings, the breakfast will be second to none. Ranging from local fish to full cooked breakfasts and seasonal local fruit. Arbroath Smokies are a dish to remember!
Freshly made tea and coffee is always available and if there is anything that you would like , but is not on the menu, please feel free to ask.
Our aim is to make your stay live up to your needs. There is ample parking and hair dryers, iron & ironing board are available on request. Early breakfasts are no problem, indeed, if you have any questions please feel free to visit the farmhouse kitchen, we are always around.
Even in the case of emergency there is a night bell to summon our help.

Prices per night are from £25.00 per person for B&B. For a single occupancy the cost is £35.00
In the family room, child reductions are available.

HOLIDAY COTTAGE
The modernised farm cottage has three bedrooms and will comfortably sleep six.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, TV lounge, bathroom with shower and a utility room.
All linen is provided.
Weekly or long weekend rates are available.
Price normally £350per week, out of season.
£450 per week in July / August.
Price reductions are available for less than a full occupancy.
The cottage is wheelchair friendly but probably unsuitable for dog owners.
We are closed in December and January.
WIGWAMS
The wigwams offer a refreshing alternative to a camping holiday while still giving the feeling of being one with nature.
The cabins are timber built and well insultated, offering versatile, spacious, economical and secure living space.
Situated in the orchard, the cabins have heating, lighting and a double 15 amp socket.
The back of the cabins have a 4 inch foam mattress and will comfortably sleep 4 adults. No linen or bedding is supplied.
There is a shower and toilet facilities in a former cart shed and a covered eating area is available if the weather turns Scottish.
The hire of the wigwams are £30 per wigwam per night.
