Accommodation

Miller house is a grand Victorian 10 bedroom house with a variety of rooms available including singles, doubles & triples. All of our rooms are en suite with their own television and tea/coffee making facilities. The rooms are all spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. A family room is also available which has one double and two single beds. We also have a room situated on the ground floor which has its own entrance and a separate bath and shower. This room is suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

We have a loft conversion which is completely self-contained with a bedroom containing 2 double beds and a sitting room with a sofa bed (a comfortable one!) and a bathroom. There are a further 5 bedrooms on the floor below which vary in size, accommodating 2-4 people. On the gound floor we have 1 bedroom. We often accommodate large parties for weddings or sporting events and we try to make their stay as much fun as possible.

Breakfast

We pride ourselves in our delicious well cooked breakfast which is served in our comfortable dining room. Local produce is delivered fresh daily and our sausages are home-made by our butcher Joe. We can cater for vegetarian or special diets and offer you with a continental option if desired.

 

Rates

Tariff - Rates are per person per night for bed and breakfast. From £22.50-£27 based on a person sharing. £28-£40 for single occupancy. There is a £10-£15 charge for children. Note: Cancellations must be at least 48 hours in advance. Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged for the 1st night.

From Prestwick Airport By Car 1.   At Airport roundabout take 1st Exit 2. Continue to next roundabout take 3rd exit signposted A79 Ayr 3. Continue to next roundabout (Approximately 2.5 miles) go straight ahead taking the 2nd exit 4. Continue to next roundabout take 3rd exit signposted Ring Road West 5. At traffic lights turn left signposted Sea Front 6. Over bridge at the next roundabout go straight ahead taking the 2nd exit 7. Go past the pedestrian lights 8. At the 2nd set of traffic lights turn left on to Miller Road 9. Miller House is 30 yards doen the road on the left hand side     Distance: 4 Miles   By Taxi   There is a Taxi rank situated at the Airport doors. A taxi will cost approximately £7 depending on the time of day.   By Train Trains from the Airport station run every 30 mins and take approximately 7 mins to Ayr main station. Miller House is situated on Miller ROad which is straight in front of the main station gates witht the Royal Bank of Scotland and Galbraiths on the corners. Miller House is approximately 5 mins walk form the station.

By Road Follow signs for Kilmarnock M77, then Ayr M77/A77 until the roundabout signposted Ayr South. Follow signs Ring Road West/Sea Front which leads directly to Miller Road.
