Ivy Neuk is a Victorian house situated a few hundred yards from the Town Square. 
Our visitors here have a comfortable stay.  They use our house as a base for exploring the Scottish Borders.  There are lots of opportunities for activities in the beautiful surrounding countryside.  Walking is excellent at any time of the year with more than 1500 miles of dedicated routes to choose from.  Golfers too are spoilt for choice with over 20 courses to offer, while top class fishing continues to attract a local and international following.

 Our Breakfast Room overlooks a small courtyard garden which is completely private and safe for storing bicycles overnight.
When it comes to food at Ivy Neuk, we try to provide the sort of breakfast that, firstly, we would like to eat ourselves and secondly the breakfast that Scotland  used to be renowned for – a choice of fruit concoctions, nourishing homemade muesli with Greek yoghurt, porridge of course, plus potato scones, good haggis, black pudding, sausages and  bacon and eggs properly cooked.  After a breakfast like this , most guests feel that they can dispense with  even a light lunch.

There is also a Guest Sitting Room which can be used for either quietly reading or watching a DVD.
