Inverlussa is situated in its own grounds in a quiet rural location, overlooking the estuary of the River Lussa where it enters Loch Spelve, which is on the south east corner of Mull.
 
The house is set back from the main Craignure- Fionnphort road     (A 849 )  and is only 6 miles from Craignure which is the island's main ferry port.
 
The surrounding mountains and lochs offer unrestricted access to most of Mull's magnificent wildlife.
 
Inverlussa is run by a local family, and over many years has built up a reputation for good value, comfort, a warm welcome and sensible prices.
