We are situated in the quiet town of TAYPORT on the shores of the River Tay.

Visitors have easy access to St Andrews, the home of Golf, Dundee, City of Discovery, the Glens of Angus, Fife and the East Coast of Scotland.

In addition, Edinburgh, Perth and Stirling can easily be visited on a day trip.

Established in 1993, we offer a good all round family run B&B which caters for all sorts of breaks.

 Each of our 3 guest rooms have T.V. and video with wash hand basins and tea and coffee making facilities.

A traditional Scottish Breakfast is available as well as cereals and fruit juices all served in our dining room. We can provide for vegetarians as well as special dietary needs.

There is easy access for physically disabled guests with all the facilities available on the ground floor.

Internet access is available on request.

Daily newspapers are provided and dogs are welcome.

Three comfortably furnished Bedrooms (1 double & 2 twin) all have wash hand basins, TV, Video and Tea and Coffee making facilities.

Our accommodation is on two levels, however, all the facilities are available on the ground floor if required.

Further beds can be made available for families.

Although we are a non-smoking establishment, smokers can find a nice spot just at the rear of the house.  This is also a pleasant, sheltered space in the summer evenings.
