The town of Helensburgh is a popular venue for sailors wishing to take advantage of the beautiful lochs and inlets and the town is close to the Royal Northern Yacht club and Rhu Marina.
Helensburgh is home to Hill House and anyone with a passion for design and architecture will love Charles Rennie Mackintosh's design. It is also just ten minutes drive from Loch Lomond, Ben Lomond and Scotland's first national park. There is also a direct rail link from Helensburgh into Glasgow which is 23 miles.
