Backmarch House Bed and Breakfast Rosyth, near Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland was built in 1829. The B&B is perfectly located for company delegates and tourists alike, and is only 15 minutes from Edinburgh. This former Georgian farmhouse has been beautifully renovated to provide quality bed and breakfast accommodation.

Accomodation

We have three beautifully appointed bedrooms which are centrally heated and delightfully furnished for your comfort, paying particular attention to detail, with spacious en-suite facilities and complimentary toiletries.

All rooms have TV with free view, radio alarm, hairdryer, razor adaptor/socket, and tray with complimentary tea/coffee, herbal tea and Scottish shortbread. A guest TV lounge is available for your use, whether to read, chat or watch TV, just relax and enjoy. Iron facilities are available, just ask.

Laundry can be done at the laundrette only 5 minutes from the house

Comprehensive range of tourist information and internet access available. Note:- For those of you pursuing outdoor activities, we have secure storage where you can store your equipment, such as bicycles, fishing gear, golf clubs and outdoor wear. We also have a drying room room, which is good for drying off wet clothing etc.

Prices

	Rates Double / Twin en-suite rooms are available from �25 per person per night, based on two people sharing. Rates include a delicious continental or full cooked breakfast. Free high speed internet access is available for use with your laptop, or a computer and printer are available. Bookings A deposit equivalent to your first night's stay is required when making a reservation. Reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit, payable by credit/debit card. The balance of your stay will be payable on arrival by either cash or credit/debit card.
